For today's project, I used the new Way to Go stamp set.  I absolutely love this set.  It is full of multiple edge / border stamps which you can mix and match.  Plus with our great acrylic stamps and clear blocks, you can bend the stamps to curve or wave them.

2016 - 2017 Annual Inspirations Idea Book / Catalog NOW AVAILABLE!

Oh my wow!  I am so excited to share with you... the gorgeous new 2016-2017 Idea Book and Catalog is NOW AVAILABLE.  This book is hands-down one of my most favorites since I discovered Close to My Heart and is sure to become one of yours, too.

Before you head off to check out this fab new book, here is my top ten list of things to note when view the new Annual Inspirations.

1. Fewer pages than previous years -- this is because the new Expressions books will be feature more pages to allow CTMH to respond better to current trends and product releases.
2. No hostess exclusive stamp sets -- all CTMH stamp sets are now available to all CTMH customers.  :-)
3. No traditional B&T (patterned paper) collections in the main AI book -- these will now be exclusively featured in the Expressions books released every 4 months.
4. New Fundamentals collections -- instead of the formerly single-colored cardstock featuring a clear embossed pattern on one side and a white pattern on the other, the new Fundamentals are a B&T-weight paper with the same pattern on both sides in a different color.
5. New Fundamentals packs -- include beautiful complement packs with sticker sheets and die-cut ephemera.
6. Updated stamp pads -- redesigned eliminating the super-tight, sometimes hard-to-open twist & locks lids.  The new pads are larger with removal lids that close magnetically.  The new lids are also deeper to create a bigger well for watercoloring and other other techniques using the lids and reinkers.
